GuruHomeVisions.com/GuruRealEstateFlyers.com retains all rights, title, and interest in the and to its software, and any rights no granted in these terms are reserved by GuruHomeVisions.com/GuruRealEstateFlyers.com. You may not reverse engineer, disassemble, access source code or database outside of the system, translate the software or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, except to the extent allowed under applicable law. If applicable law permits such activities, any information so discovered must be promptly disclosed to GuruHomeVisions.com GuruRealEstateFlyers.com and shall be deemed to be the confidential proprietary information of GuruHomeVisions.com GuruRealEstateFlyers.com

MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES AND USE LIMITATIONS
By accepting these terms and conditions you agree that you will not place or allow anyone using your account to place any copyrighted material on the Service without the permission of the copyright owner or persons authorized by the copyright owner to grant permission. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary permission before permitting any copyrighted material that belongs to others to be placed on the Service. GuruHomeVisions.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Services to you, in the event that you use the service in a way that (i) constitutes violation of any law, regulation or tariff (including, without limitation, copyright and intellectual property laws); (ii) is defamatory, fraudulent, obscene or deceptive; (iii) is intended to threaten, harass or intimidate; (iv) tends to damage the name or reputation of GuruHomeVisions.com; or (v) interferes with other customers' use of the Services provided by GuruHomeVisions.com. You understand and agree that any attempt to break security, or to access an account which does not belong to you, shall be considered a material breach of this Agreement, and such breach may, without limiting GuruHomeVisions.com's other remedies, result in suspension or termination of the Services with no refund to you of any unused portion of your previously paid membership. You further agree to immediately notify GuruHomeVisions.com of (i) any unauthorized use of your account and/or (ii) any breach, or attempted breach, of security known to you. You further understand and agree that a GuruHomeVisions.com membership is for your sole personal use and shall not be used by more than one individual person, unless consent is expressly obtained, in writing, from GuruHomeVisions.com.
Every licensed person who is an employee, associate, or independent contractor of the Real Estate Agency listing the property for sale, including but not limited to a broker, agent, salesperson, and real estate agent, who is entitled to compensation, directly or indirectly, resulting from the sale of a property shown in a GuruHomeVisions.com commercial shall be deemed to require a separate, individual membership, whether or not their name appears on the listing. For example, if a real estate agent lists, or secures a listing of a property for sale, that real estate agent must have his/her own membership even if the listing is legally the property of the Broker/Owner of the Real Estate Agency, and/or the Agency, for whom the real estate agent performs services.
GuruHomeVisions.com reserves sole discretion to determine whether any use of the service is a violation of this policy. This information is only a guideline, and is not intended to be all-inclusive. Our failure to enforce this policy, for whatever reason, shall not be construed as a waiver of our right to do so at any time.
